I really like this watch.

Nice looking. I don't use it for timekeeping as the arms ALWAYS get stuck and it will not longer keep timekeeping.

Looks so much bigger in the picture. Very small.

I love the look but it didn't come with instructions. I don't know how to keep the lights on or off.

I recently picked up a wall clock that I really loved the look of, and it got me to start looking at similar style of clocks to hang in other spots around the house. This clock really caught my eye with its unique design with a vertical layout of the sculpture-like pieces, and the size seemed just right for the space I had in mind.Taking it out of the box, I was impressed right away with the material and appearance. All the pieces felt extremely sturdy and well-crafted, and I had no concerns about accidentally bending any of the main frames.Once I firmly placed each of the three hands onto the clock's mechanism in the center and inserted my 1.2V Ni-MH AA rechargeable battery, the entire assembly was complete. Although the manual recommends a carbon battery, the clock runs flawlessly with my rechargeable Ni-MH battery. I had never owned a non-ticking wall clock, especially not one that looked this nice. The visual effect of the second hand that doesn't tick but instead sweeps smoothly around the dial in complete silence really adds to the whole elegant appearance of the clock.I had very high expectations after seeing this clock in the product images, and it truly lived up to them with its incredibly elegant appearance. This clock would make a beautiful decorative piece in pretty much any environment, and I expect it will be running in my home for a very long time.

I opened the box to this clock and was a bit thrown that it had parts that needed to be assembled with it being completely encased in styrofoam.This bothered me because the instructions seem simple enough except for 2 important details.1. It tells the owner to "tamp" the parts in. So 5 minutes on Google and I find that tamp means "Ram or pack" a substance! So I line them up and, well...smash! Obviously that didn't work.2. It doesn't tell you which direction each hand had to be placed. Because of the "tamp" issue, I figured Down and everything kinda bent. If you place the hr.mn.sec all facing up and wait on pressing those down, make sure they are snug and then use the pin to press everything down. Bingo, no adjustments needed, movement is smooth and true.The only thing I'm struggling with is the design. I mean it looks like a lunar phase design but is it considered art? The clock face is basically plywood and the numbers are painted on.Don't get me wrong...as a bachelor I appreciate the simple design taking away from my basically empty walls and if the price was ...a bit lower. I think this would do well for basic use without it being fancy.It does keep time well and that is the main reason for the clock in the first place.
