Gluten Free in an Italian Home
I was first introduced to this product by a restaurant manager. Since then, I’ve reordered it many times. I break them up in my chicken noodle soup; and even my husband likes them with our clam sauce and meat sauce.So much better than expensive GF pastas, and I don’t have to have separate pastas now. 😊Very easy to prepare and tastes great. I appreciate the texture of the noodles too.

Perfect textured rice noodles
These are the perfect noodles for making pad thai or to use when making a soup broth. We have used these when we make pho at home and they taste amazing. The key is to not overcook the noodles and the result is a nice chewy texture that isnt mushy or undercooked and hard. Very easy to cook with and would recommend using these for any type of stir fry noodle recipe as well.

Delicious and easy to make!
I made noodle soup with these rice stick. The noodle is very bouncy and easy to chew. I followed the instructions and soaked it for 40 minutes. Then added it to my pot of soup that had meat, vegetable, onions with a little salt and pepper. So yummy! I would get it again!

Great in stir fry
I ordered these to use in stir fries and they are so good. I love the texture and how well they hold up to sauce. I like these and would recommend.

Easy to prepare, good texture … great for curry-like dishes
I was really looking forward to these Fusion Select Rice Stick Noodles and I’m glad to say that I wasn’t disappointed.I got the medium size (3 mm) noodles, which turned out to be just about the right ‘size/thickness’ for my use in the Indian sauce mix that I prepared for dinner.Following the instructions, I soaked the noodles for an hour in warm/cold water. I then drained the noodles and added them to an Indian sauce mix that I had made using some extra chicken and fresh peppers.Since the sauce was already hot, it only took a couple of minutes of having the noodles in the sauce to bring the rice noodles ‘up to temperature’.The resulting dish was, well, delicious.The texture of the noodles was just what I wanted in a curry-like sauce. Perfectly Al dente without being rubbery or difficult to chew into. Overall, I found a very nice mouth-feel to the consistency of the noodles.From a taste perspective these are rice noodles so, as I expected, they don’t have a lot of taste just by themselves, but they do a great job of soaking up some of the flavor of the sauce (soup, etc.) that they added to.For me, this is a great alternative, a great change-up to using plain rice as a side dish. And, think they’d be great in soup as well.I do think that they are slightly more expensive per ounce than some other alternatives, but the quality is definitely good and makes up, at least a little bit, for that extra cost difference.

Decent product
The taste of these noodles is fine, but they took longer to cook than I would have thought. I finally soaked them in very hot water and then they finally started to soften up.

Great Texture
These rice noodles were super easy to prepare and were super delicious. They were the perfect texture, not too mushy and had just the right amount of chewiness. Very versatile and easy to make a bunch of different sauces with.
