I purchased this and set it up using the instruction manual. The booster device does not respond according to the prompts from the manual when trying to disable unnecessary frequency bands. Unit constantly cycles between available bands. I call customer service and some guy answered as if it were a cell phone. It sounded like he was sleeping, but he did confirm he is support for the device. He asked me to text him instead, then never responded. I emailed the gmail account the company uses (highly suspect) and received an absolutely useless response informing me to point it at a cell tower. I had done this and confirmed a strong signal. Since then they have not responded to any further texts, calls, or emails. This reeks of scam

I live in a Forrest area where I have to go outside to get a good signal for taking calls or to use data. We are miles away from the closest cell tower so phone service is almost non existent out there. With this Cell phone signal booster it has elevated our signal strength from no bar to 5 bars of signal with my phone. The installation was very easy and straight forward with the booklet that’s enclosed. It also comes with outside antenna for more strength. By far I am so pleased and happy with is purchased and the price is right. I can stay inside and use my phone. I definitely recommend purchasing.
