It's a light herbal tea.
This tea is not strong and you definitely need two bags per cup. If you like to mix it up and make your own special tea blend than 1 will do mixed with other teas. It's good to get any therapeutic effects of cinnamon if that's what you are looking for and Ceylon is the better type.

Really bad smell in the bag
I love cinnamon tea and the smell of it. But this tea smells really bad. The taste is ok but the smell makes it hard to drink. Too bad I can’t return it.
