My opinion is that this steam cleaner is perfect for anyone who is looking for a method of cleaning their house that does not involve the use of chemicals, particularly for removing tough filth and grime. The fact that it comes with a variety of attachments is a significant advantage since it enables the cleaner to be adaptable enough to deal with a variety of surfaces and chores. The fact that this steam cleaner is both lightweight and small is one of the things that I particularly like about it. I believe that the mobility of this product is a significant benefit, particularly when it comes to cleaning areas such as restrooms or even the inside of your vehicle. It is simple to transport from one room to another. The deep gray color gives it a sleek appearance, and the ergonomic handle makes it easy to use for extended periods of time, which is ideal for cleaning applications. I am grateful that it warms up in a relatively short amount of time; it requires just a few minutes to get ready for use, and I did not get the impression that I was waiting around to get started. I really, really like this hand-held steam cleaner, very useful for cleaning all the stains in my house. It performs well, lightweight, heats up quickly, small size, long power cord and large tank capacity, all 12 accessories included, I used it right away, it was easy, filled with water, heated for a few minutes and it's ready to go. The included instruction is very clear and easy for me to use. That's great! It is a perfect shopping experience and highly recommended for anyone who needs a steam cleaner!!

Zero stars. It will not put out any steam and very little pressure. The extension hose dose not lock in place so it is useless. Really disapointes. I bought the old version and it was great but I wanted the pull lever so I bought this one and gave my daughter the other. Now I have nothing to clean with and I won't buy another one.

The media could not be loaded. I Got this steam cleaner last month to tackle some nasty grout lines in my shower and ended up using it on practically everything in my house (maybe got a bit carried away lol). The machine heats up pretty quick - bout 4 mins from cold to steamy - and the pressure is strong enuf to blast away the gunk that's been sitting in my tile grout forever. The 9.4 ft cord is decent but I still need an extension sometimes when cleaning larger areas. Love how it comes with different attachments - the small brush heads are perfect for getting into tight corners and the window squeegee actually works pretty good on my shower doors. Been using it mostly in my bathroom and kitchen, and it’s satisfying watching all the dirt just melt away. The water tank is decent sized but I find myself refilling it during bigger jobs, and you gotta be careful not to overfill or it'll spit water instead of steam. One thing thats a bit annoying is having to wait for it to cool down before refilling - learned that the hard way! The attachments can be a bit fiddly to change when they're hot, and some of the plastic parts feel a bit cheap. The steam trigger gets tiring to hold down during longer cleaning sessions, wish it had a lock feature. Had a few moments where the cap was tough to unscrew after use (had to wait longer for it to cool). Been really useful for refreshing my couch and mattress too, tho you definitely need to keep moving or youll end up with wet spots. Would recommend getting some extra cleaning cloths cause the included one gets dirty pretty quick.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I like the ease of using it, great cleaning, pressure is good. Value for the money is very good. The draw back was if it held a little more water once on a roll cleaning had to stop several times to refill.
