I have degenerative changes in my neck and suffer from neck pain. I have tried several more expensive pillows and have never been satisfied. This pillow is exceptional. The neck roll supports my neck and keeps it aligned perfectly when sleeping on my back. It easily transitions to the other side when side sleeping. Both sides fit my neck perfectly. One month quick review. After one night neck pain i was suffering for several months was greatly reduced. Found that the lower corners are most comfy for me sleeping mostly side to side. Can be a bit too firm at times and i keep a softer pillow to change out when i need to. Good neck and shoulder support for back sleepers. Top side bolster roll good for working out kinks in neck, cheaper than a chiropractor, maybe good for tv watching from bed if that's your thing.

At first I wasn't sure I would like this pillow, and was sure I would return it after a few weeks. BUT I LOVE IT! I sleep on my side and this pillow is perfect. I wake well rested, and am comfortable throughout the night.I have spent well over $1,000 on different pillows, some costing over $150, and have not been happy with them. For the inexpensive price of this pillow, this has been the best one I have bought. I would 100% recommend this pillow to others.

This pillow instantly relieved my neck pain as soon as I laid down. The design is great, it cradles my head in place and stops me from extending my neck too far to one side. Its a few inches smaller than my normal pillows, but much more functional. I like how it comes with a roller pillow too, which is more firm. Both are very lightweight.

I was having bad neck pain and needed a new pillow that provided that support during sleep. I searched and found this one with a reasonably good price. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and have noticed that my neck is much better. The pillow stays cool and forms well around the neck and head. Will need to use it for months to see if it looses its integrity. Side sleeping is ok. Like anything, you have to get used to it and figure out what works for you. It also has a firm neck rolloer on the other side for short duration use. Have not tried that yet but seems good. My only suggestion would be to have a zipper removal for the roller with the cover. Otherwise it always attached with your pillow.
