A good supplement, which I notice the positive results!

While this seems like a quality supplement to increase CoQ10 levels in one's body, the additional ingredient which is supposed to add another layer of anti-oxidant protection, Vitamin E, is synthetic. The response to my question "Is vitamin e in this supplement natural or synthetic?" by Zebora customer care was: "Our vitamin E is provided by synthetic tocopherol."There is a enough information on the internet these days that synthetic forms of vitamins are less potent/bioavailable and that also their molecules can attach to our body cells' receptors and block natural vitamin counterparts from doing their work - please do your research on this matter.While I generally trust Zebora supplements, the fact that they used a synthetic vitamin (while its natural version is available), made me take out one star.

ease to swallow, no taste, inexpensive

This was recommended so I purchased it. Who knows if it will be be effective or not but will continue to use it. Can't hurt.

I like this CoQ10 because it also has ingredients that enhance the ability of the CoQ10 to help my body. After all, that is the reason I am taking the vitamin in the first place.
