The bag was a bit hard to open and floury The product though worked great, made some chocolate chip cookies that disappeared in minutes at Thanksgiving. Looking forward to testing my luck at croissants

Meh....I thought/hoped that this would give me a"better" "authentic" French Bread, but I prefer others.Disappointed. IMHO, too many unnecessary ingredients.
