Very good patches.

These aren't bad but I've definitely used better in different price brackets. The cleansing prep you need to do with these patches is the case with any pimple patch to ensure you're not locking in any bacteria to cultivate.The packaging is great because you get the pimple patches in resealable packets to keep things dry and hygienic. I have had issues with some lifting but not for all of the patches I've used this far so I'm learning on this being the case with my skin prep and the skin not being totally oil free (the type of cleanser I used).Overall it's not bad but for the price I feel like I've used better. I feel like the microdarts are a bit short on these compared to some others I've tried which I felt was a drawback. I want the actives to really get into the pimple so I quite like my microdarts to be longer. I didn't notice a huge difference overnight but often these things take time so I'm not holding this against it.

I’ve used micro dart patches previously and I found them a little underwhelming, but I had a cyst on my chin that was very stubborn. Used one of these overnight and I was SO impressed. It reduced significantly, and often micro dart patches don’t have much of a hydrocolloid ‘suck’, but these definitely do. Good size and stuck well too. (The popular yellow brand patches are trash, in case you’re wondering, don’t waste your money)

More expensive than others but work well at those deeper, more persistent spots

This had a lot of potential especially with incorporating 'micro needling', sadly this has been one big let down for me. You have to do a little prep before using the product. So you need to cleanse and dry your face then using a clean pair of tweezers gently peel off the patch from the backing sheet and apply to the skin. You can press it down to make sure it has stuck to the skin in place.I have used this product for 5 days in a row, there isn't enough for any further usage so my review is based on the 5 days.+ Didn't seem to have much of an impact on either severe cystic acne or regular acne.- Once the package is opened you need to use the patches quickly, they do not store well once opened as the little needles dissolve before you get a chance to use them+ Not painful to apply or use, but you can feel a scratchy sensation.- Within 30 minutes of using the edges of the patch start to peel and detach, within 2 hours they started to loose their adhesive and would start to peel away from the skin. This is not great as they are meant to be on for 2- 6hours recommended.+ Very noticeable, can't cover these up with makeup, won't be able to blend seamlessly with your skin.+ The micro needles do dissolve as intended.- £19.97 for just 12 patches is extremely expensive especially as I haven't seen any visible noticeable difference.Overall I did not notice much of a difference before and after, for the price I can't really justify enough to recommend it. I liked the powerful ingredients of the patches and the fact that they are virtually invisible when on my face. They are very easy to apply and there are clear instructions. I have been very happy with the outcome.

I’ve been using the BLOOMORA Microdart Pimple Patches for a few weeks now, and I’m overall impressed with their effectiveness. The patches are easy to apply, and although you can feel the microdarts when pressing them on, it’s not painful—more like a slight scratchy sensation. After leaving them on for 6 hours, I noticed a significant reduction in the size and redness of my pimples, especially when used overnight.However, there are a few downsides. The patches are quite expensive for just 12 pieces, and the packaging could be more minimal—there’s a lot of excess plastic, which feels wasteful. I also found that one of the patches didn’t stick as well as I would have liked, though this might be due to my oily skin.Despite these minor issues, the patches work as promised, and I will continue to use them as part of my skincare routine. They’re a great option for targeting stubborn spots, but I do wish they were a little more affordable for the amount you get.

Each 6 come in a resealable plastic pouch with perforated lines for easy removal. You do have to watch out though if you’re bending the plastic to not end up removing 2 at a time. I’ve cut my sheets in half down the middle.Stick well on cleansed and dry skin and stay put until physically removed. I kept one on overnight for around 8 hours. It doesn’t hurt when applying or removing.Leaves the pimple looking much calmer and with less redness, works surprisingly well from the first application. I’ve tried other patches that need me to reapply for a second set of 6-7 hours. Doesn’t look invisible, but discreet enough, and my foundation sits on it well.Overall a bit expensive for just 12 patches, but I’ll be saving them for the odd extreme pimple that pops up (no pun intended).
