Great price and quality.
This base is beautiful. Higher than most bases and the wood carving is craftfully done. It’s very high quality and good price. Impressed.

inside diameter is 6 7/8" not 8"
This is a lovely beautifully carved stand, unfortunately the description lists it as having an 8" diameter. The diameter of where an item would sit is 6 7/8". Returning it as it is too small for the lamp base that I bought it for. It is a nice neutral brown, not too orange and not too red.

Be sure to measure the base of your item you want to place it
I was very pleased once I received this item. The only complaint I have is that it took a long time to receive. I love the color. It’s a true walnut color and it works perfectly with the vase I bought it for.
