My grandkids have really enjoyed bath bombs, so I decided to try the homemade variety. This set of soap dye would add a lot of color options.Since this was my first attempt, I didn’t want to go overboard on quantity until I knew the recipe worked. While I tried to make a single, large, round bath bomb, I ended up with two half spheres. That’s OK because it gave me a chance to try different colors. In the blue sphere, I added six drops of blue dye, and the orange sphere has ten drops of orange dye. At first, I tried mixing the concoction with a spatula but realized it needed to be mixed by hand.Since a few other reviews noted the dye stains your hands, I put on some latex gloves to protect my skin. Coming out of the bottles, the dye color is very saturated, just like you would expect in a dye. The liquid mixed nicely with the other ingredients, and I’m pleased with the uniformity of color after everything was mixed.There are plenty of color options in the box. The caps seal the bottles, nothing leaks, yet they are very easy to twist and open when needed. The nozzle at the end of the bottle allows the dye to form nice, consistent drops.While I haven’t used these a lot so far, my first usage went very well, and I plan to continue using these as I refine my bath bomb techniques.

The dyes are well packaged a all bottles full. The colors are really true to color. I am very satisfied with these soap dyes. You get a great variety of colors. I will definitely buy these again.

Fabulous package of liquid colors! I don’t use them for soap coloring but they do fit well for other purposes, too.

You get a lot of different wonderful colors in this set. I love the teal but all are really pretty. I do wish the box was like a plastic one, or just something that would last a long time instead of the cardboard. Definitely not a deal breaker, especially because of the price, just the only thing I don't like. The quality seems just fine. I'll probably use these for my candles as well as my soaps.
