Quakehold Collectors Hold Museum Putty ,Silver ,2 Pack

I have bought these many times. They work perfectly. I live in Southern California and have Tiki mugs on my shelves. I use the museum putty to hold them in place on the shelves. They do not move once set. I have gone around and used these for other items on my shelves to hold them down too.

Not only is this stuff wonderful for keeping vases, etc in their place on a shelf, it's essential for any rock collector for keeping specimens in place. It's also great for that picture on the wall that refuses to stay straight--just put a tiny dab of this on the frame, stick to wall, and presto. You'll find countless uses for this stuff. Just keep it away from pets...

I needed something to hold down HO Scale people on to stick so I could paint them. Boy did this putty fit the build! Holds metal and plastic figures securely enough to hand them paint. When done it just pulls off with no bother or mess.

This Quakehold Museum Putty works great!I recently adopted a pair of kittens, and had to move some breakables out of their play zone, up on to high shelves. I was also concerned about (hopefully) minor earthquakes knocking things off high shelves.Last night I used one package of the putty to secure a room full of vases, plates & other knick-knacks to a variety of wood and glass surfaces. It was easy to knead and apply; there was no smell, and it stuck to the items, not my fingers. Once it was applied to the items, and they were pressed down a bit, they are very secure. At the same time, you can lift them up without difficulty and replace them, or remove the paste, if desired.The photos show some of the things I secured with the paste, and the climbing, running, jumping creatures who prompted the buy.

Very handy to help keep your items in place, works great on smaller items.

We've used this excellent product in our gallery for many, many years. It is incredibly useful. You don't need to live in an earthquake zone... we have the NYC subway running very close by and without Museum Putty, we'd have framed art moving slightly all of the time. With this product, everything stays exactly as it should.

I needed a putty to keep items in place on a boat. This works great!
