Missing bolts and no directions
The title says it all. It was missing 4 little bolts. And on top of that there was no install directions at all

Solid rack with no security feature
No instructions, you just kinda have to go off the picture. It’s really not a permanent solution, as it is strapped to the spare tire. I wish they included a cable or a solid mounting system for security.

No installation instructions!
Easy to adjust to my tire size and seems to work well. Adjustable to clear center brake lights and windows. Didn't have any installation instructions! This is the reason for 3 stars. I had to research other brands and gues on the installation. This added an hour to research! Other than that, they should have a support video or written instructions. Seams to be well built...

Some modifications required for rotopax.
Our unit arrived mostly assembled making final assembly a breeze. The rotopax mount holes didn't line up with either of the rotopax mounts I'd purchased ("locking" and non-locking), but I ended up having to change their location anyway to mount my 3 gallon rotopax containers. The little rubber strap protectors are a nice touch, but sacrificed themselves after only 20 miles or so with my spare on a stock aluminum wheel. An aluminum shim over the rubber seems to be working better - so far.
