Seems good to me
I’ll admit I’ve never had acacia gum before. I tried preparing it according to package directions and it seems fine. Tastes ok anyways. I’m not entirely sure what I’m searching for, but it seems to work as advertised.

seems like a thickener
This is my first encounter with acacia gum so I followed the instructions and grind it into powder to mix with water. It doesn't seem to have any flavor whatsoever. It just seems to make the water thicker so I assume this works like a thickener. I'm not sure what else it can be used for. It seems that it's only good for health benefit but not much else I can find. I find it a bit too much to use and it doesn't taste like anything so I'll not get it again.
