The media could not be loaded. Gave this 4 stars because I noticed one or more disks are lose from the case. Hopefully there's no scratches and the disk is fine,otherwise I will be disappointed.

While it arrived fast, the case was already damaged

I purchased this item on release and each disc (3 discs) showed a "this disc cannot be played in this region" error message in both English and Japanese. The disc is marked as Region A and my player is Region A. I have many other region A discs that work just fine. I tried checking the player firmware with no success.I wondered if it was a defect with my copy of the discs so I got a replacement. The replacement also has the same region code error.I'm not sure the issue but it appears the way these discs were manufactured does not work with my player so you may experience similar issues.I'm disappointed.(I have the Panasonic UB450 4K player, Region A)
