I have a 2 year old who had frequent outbursts during the night. I’m unsure if it was night terrors but it was a true disturbance to our sleep. When I say I’m so happy I ran across this product it change my family life. No more outbursts during the night. My son sleeps through the night with no problems. 10/10!!! My kid did not mind the taste! It’s pretty thick but worth it. Easy to use but you will need a syringe. I didn’t see any change in my son’s energy level. I hope this helps!

Our four year old has suffered from night terrors for a couple years, not nightmares but night terrors. They’re terrible and hard to stop. Being deficient in magnesium can cause night terrors. So I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try, if anything else she’d benefit from the other vitamins in it as well. Let me tell you what, this child has slept solid for over a week. She’s getting restful sleep, no more sitting in the bed and screaming her head off. She gets rest and in return everyone else does as well. She likes the taste and reminds me nightly for her nighttime vitamin. She feels the difference and we do as well. Cant recommend it enough!

I didn't buy this as a sleep support necessarily, I had used the night time mineral myself and the vitamins and minerals appealed to me. My 2.5 year old had not been sleeping through the night consistently since she was about 18 months. She usually wakes once per night at about 3-4. We were kind of used to it because she would just have a change and a milk and be back out, ten minutes. Since we started using this she has been sleeping through the night all but one night for 2.5 weeks. Since she was an infant she has never had this many consecutive nights where she slept straight through. As I mentioned, I didn't buy this for the sleep benefits but they have been quite amazing! She was always good falling asleep but somehow this is helping her to stay asleep. Very impressed, I have used many Mary Ruth's products and I always love them.

Now don’t get me wrong I normally love Mary Ruth’s products. My daughter cannot handle the taste of any of the night time multimineral and I’ve tried every flavor. This is the best brand and I love the dosing I hate she cannot handle the taste. I wish they would make it into a gummy.
