Failure of product.
It worked a couple of times after installation but now fails to produce any hot/warm water at all. It is an item that has been and would be only be used infrequently.I have an electric shower, a similar under sink heater and a 10 kw water heater that work off the same water supply. It only gets a one star rating because the system will not allow a zero. Why?I await the suppliers reaction.

Goes hot and then cold, potentially dangerous
Unfortunately only provides a trickle of warmish water, have to retrict cold flow to a minimum. If you increase flow a bit it goes warm to coldish. Also when I was testing running for about 1-2 minutes the plug got extremely hot, I suspect rated at 3.5kw which is about 15amps it should not be plugged into a ring main using a 13 amp 3 pin plug or any other power socket supplied by 2.5mm cable. I would think this device needs to go on its own breaker with cooker type cable 4mm. The unit comes with a 3 pin uk molded which I think is potentially dangerous plug

Not great for a kitchen
Not really fit for purpose very tempamenal with water pressure. I thought it would be great to have instant hot water but it was a flop.

not as discription
water does not get hot enough, and after a trickle goes cold. followed all the instruction about water flow but no difference. certainly not instant hot water.
