Arrived at room temperature!
The cold packs were melted and the box was poorly insulated. Fortunately, the package was delivered quickly and I was able to meet the delivery man. So it didn't sit outside in the warm weather. I immediately opened the box and refrigerated the meat. It was vacuum packed. I opened it today to slice it and it tasted fine. It's excellent mortadella! But I won't but from this seller again, until they learn to properly package the food they sell!

the mortadella arrived last Friday with all packing designed to keep it cool melted !!the meat was about 75 degrees. after testing the temperature and sampling a taste , I disposed of the meat.Michael Foil
