I love that it came in a RESEALABLE bag!! It worked great for my kunafa strawberry cups that I made! The dough was as crunchy as can be!! It was plenty of dough, already chopped and ready to use. I have enough to make a whole new batch! Loved the Dough Depot!

This Kataifi is amazing! Super easy to incorporate into desserts. It came with a resealable bag which made things easier to store. It came out crunchy and fresh when I filled it in my dates with pistachio and kataifi, yum!

The media could not be loaded. I constantly buy kataifi to make the viral Dubai bars and strawberry cups, and this is by far the BEST kataifi I've bought. Great quality, tastes amazing and comes in a resealable bag which is a huge plus. I wish it came in bigger bags or bulk boxes. Buy this

This is the best Kataifi I have found so far! For one, it has a resealable bag, which is way more convenient than the other ones I have tried. Secondly, other brands I have tried end up being mostly crumbs. So far this one is the best texture. Highly recommend!

I was excited to try this kataifi dough for homemade kunafa, and overall, it worked well! The dough was fresh, had a nice texture, and crisped up beautifully when baked. It absorbed the syrup just right, creating that perfect balance of crunch and softness.That said, I did notice the strands were much shorter than expected—more like tiny shreds rather than long, delicate strands. This made it a bit tricky to work with for traditional Middle Eastern desserts. I made it work, but I had to adjust my technique a bit.On the plus side, I love that this comes dry rather than frozen, so it's easy to store and use as needed. It’s also great that it’s free from additives and made with simple, high-quality ingredients. I’d buy it again for recipes where strand length isn’t a big issue, but for more intricate desserts, I might look for a brand with longer strands.

This is the best kataifi out there! The quality and texture are superb. I also love the resealable bag! I can’t wait to order more so I can continue to make delicious deserts.

Ever since the Dubai chocolate trend started, I’ve been trying to make my own version/creations of it, and since kataifi is essential in making them, I had been on the hunt for some good quality shredded phyllo dough. The quality of this specific brand is amazing. These are pretty much ready to use as you do not need to cut the phyllo dough further since they’re the perfect size. This saved me the huge hassle of cutting the phyllo dough and making a huge mess. It also comes in a resealable bag, making it very easy to store and reuse. I made some Dubai chocolate strawberry cups and a Dubai chocolate strawberry cake (which looked kinda ugly but was yumm lol) with this and cannot recommend this kataifi enough!!
