Better digestion, better pH balance, better poops. This is a good probiotic with some extra ingredients that are either ones I don't recognize or listed as proprietary. Probiotics are a must have in my daily supplements, and I feel like these work very well.

Quality: A—Vegan, gluten free, easy to swallow supplement that contains 5 strains of probiotic bacteria plus 40mg marine polysaccharide, dose of 2 capsules once daily.Effectiveness: B—Do seem to contain assumed probiotics, which upset my digestion initially but have seemed to have had beneficial effects for my gut from about day 3 onward. Hard to quantify results without seeming like medical advice, but this supplement seems to have had the same level of effect as other probiotic supplements I've tried.Value: C—$20 for a 1-month supply seems about average for this type of supplement.

I have never had real issues down there but I do feel like this is great and I feel like it has definitely helped me regularly go which I am pretty regular but this has added a boost

The bottle is an average size bottle. These are aswell easy to swallow. Unfortunately only time will tell for me if they are doing their job. As far as I can tell for now is I feel well and my stomach has not gotten upset. So that is a plus for me. I do think they are just like other probiotics I've tried. Nothing bad all good on my end. Only time will tell if it's working as it should. I have only taken a couple days so I can't say much. Only that I like them so far & hope to get the fully benefits soon as I continue to daily take.

The tablets are easy to swallow, don't have any unpleasant taste or aftertaste, and haven't upset my stomach. The blend of probiotic strains is exactly what's recommended for women's health, which gives me confidence in the quality. A convenient, simple solution for supporting feminine balance. These pills have a good variety of lactobacillus strains and are easy to swallow. They smell fresh and there is no taste. The expiration date is over a year out. It can take a strain over a month to begin to show improvements to your health, so it's too early for me to speak to efficacy, but the product seems fresh and is easy to take.

Wife doesn't have a way to test her ph, but this is an easy way to support a healthy biome downstairs. She's hoping to avoid infections down there, which even though rare, she doesn't enjoy, just like any other woman. Can't say much about the effectiveness, but it's an inexpensive way to be cautious.
