This caddy is neat enough to sit on the kitchen worktop. We are a family of three and it generally stores a day’s food waste before being decanted into the brown wheely bin. It’s the right size for my needs but some may find it on the small side. I didn’t want anything too large.Before we bought it we were putting food waste into the general kitchen bin and this was causing some food fly issues. This is a great size - wish I’d bought sooner.

The lid keeps dropping off, although the actual container is nice. I'm using it to put my dish cloth and scourer in, minus the lid, so an expensive, but not bad looking, container.

Bought to collect food waste for my wormery . Great thing is I can put it in the dishwasher once I’ve emptied it. Size is just right as you don’t have food collected for too long and smelling before the caddy is full.

I wish I'd never bought this caddy. It's not quite big enough but the worse thing is the detachable lid. It's so fiddly to use. Takes me several times to get in in place.

The lid can be lifted off completely, very easily. This is probably designed like this to make it east to take off the lid to empty but we find it infuriating as it falls off half the time when you just want to open the caddy. It's expensive for what it is.
