However, it’s very heavy—almost 60lbs—making it hard for my wife to lift onto the car by herself. Also, you need to be cautious about the battery level. If it runs out mid-ride, pedaling becomes extremely difficult due to the bike's weight and small wheels. It’s a solid bike but better suited for flat terrain and full battery rides.

It’s ok for the riding speed but not very comfortable

I assembled the bike within the 30-day refund period. All seemed ok. Unfortunately, I tried to ride it after the refund period. When I started riding it the handlebars loosened. Vendor didn’t respond until I complained directly with Amazon. Once vendor responded we have been in touch, but communication is slow because of time difference and language miscommunication. It can take 2-3 emails. Vendor finally sent replacement part, but sent the wrong part. It took two emails to explain the problem. Three days later, I’m waiting for an answer about when they are going to send the correct replacement part.

I’m 250 lbs on a full charge I get 6 miles max it’s fast but it gets low mileage after 30 minutes of riding I’m at half a charge
