This is a basic system with one transmitter and 10 receivers, allowing a single presenter to be easily heard despite the area you happen to be in. Would have loved to have the charger, but these are simple enough to charge individually though you need either a lot of USB chargers or to keep track of them and swap them out as they are charged. So, plan for that extra time beforehand!

Nice quality, good range, simple controls:This set is well made and feels solid and durable while handling. The headpieces themselves aren't super high quality but the transmitter and receivers are pretty durable and solidly constructed. The range this set provides has been great - it works very well at several dozen yards even through walls or with many physical obstacles scattered around. The product's sound quality comes through very clearly and the volume is more than adequate. The product is also very easy to adjust, with intuitive channel changing and volume controls, making it simple to sync and adjust the sound as needed.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

Dime devices are not working even at full charge. I am returning them for a refund. I also noticed they send me a used system all scratched up…. no wonder it is failing, this is the second time Amazon has done this to me, so disappointed

This was a nice thing to have for communicating at certain events. My boss actually wanted these to help with hearing impaired folks.. Note that this set only has one transmitter. This is not a two way walkie. The headphones are compact and work pretty well. These can fit in your pocket or in the your hand. It does not come with any kind of charging cradle which The device is relatively durable and can handle several uses. It is pretty easy to adjust the channel. The transmitted is pretty simple to use. There are headphones and they are okay. They fit in one ear and the volume can be adjusted. This is great to help with speech events as we do have some people who are hard of hearing. The device lasted a few hours at least. I am not sure if it will last a full day but that is okay. The microphone does drown out most of the ambient noise so that is good. The sound quality on the headphone are not bad. The headphones fit decently. You can adjust the volume accordingly. The microphone on the transmitter you have to hold up to your mouth to get a really clean sound. The range is pretty good for what I need it to. Overall this device is good just know that there is no charger that comes with this. It works pretty well and does help with some hearing impairment. Its a one way radio and not a receiver. The sound quality is good and it is easy to setup.

I was looking forward to this device, but the connectivity is inferior. I tested it in several buildings and got the same results.

The units are all individually packaged so it takes some time to get everything set up. I found the receivers all well built and decently presented. The sound comes clear through and the earpieces are not uncomfortable.Transmitter works well and seems to have a decent range. Well at least 50 feet with a crisp clear signal. The microphone doesn’t seem like much but it works well enough. This is perfect for taking a group through a library or a museum where you need to be somewhat quiet and you need to make sure that everyone can hear you.Considering the price you get a lot for your money. I can definitely recommend this.I’m well familiar with these kind of electronics so the fact that it didn’t have a manual didn’t bother me. There was some kind of QR code that I didn’t bother to scan. Functions are very self-explanatory.
