Love the ship! The directions to place the masts could have been a little clearer. The detail and quality is very good.

As a fan of nautical treasures, this wooden pirate ship model is a real gem. The hand-painted details and intricate craftsmanship bring a touch of adventure to my home decor. Assembling it was a delightful project, and the finished piece looks stunning on my shelf. It adds a whimsical charm that sparks conversations whenever guests visit. A true delight for any seafaring enthusiast.

This is a very detailed ship that looks great on a pedestal, mantle, or window bench. The only problem was that we got this for my son and waited to unwrap it until his birthday—it was very bent over on its stand, and we had no way to return it because the return window had expired (nice). So you’ll want to unwrap yours as early you can. I tried to contact customer service for a repair or some tasks that I might be able to do to perform my own healing of the tilt without breaking it, maybe with a clamp or something, but they wanted me to buy a whole new one and ostensibly do a refund, and since this was a free product, I didn’t want to get into all that hassle or shell out bucks or go up against any of my review regulations. Just send me a new one, man, don't make me go through all that crap to make it easier on *you.* So I’ll just review it as is, which is that it came tilted and therefore not at the best condition it could be in, kinda funny to look at the from the front or back. It is a nice piece if it would be standing up tall. From the side, I'll just kind of imagine it's sailing through the waves and listing back and forth. The instructions are useful and everything is sturdy and connects well with good tightness in the ropes. It’s a great pirate themed presentation, awesome for a centerpiece if you do a goonies or a PotC party. Therefore, my overall experience here was a 3. But yours could be better!

Go w the $50 ones. Not good quality and my toothbrush weighs more. Stickers as flags....lol

This is a very well-made, very detailed model of the Black Pearl that comes mostly assembled right out of the well-packaged foam-encased box.The woodwork is really impressive, and the small details on the cannons and the anchor.You will need to run the lines and install the masts, but once you do you have a lovely display piece.

This model looks nice. It was pretty straightforward to assemble, but there are no instructions included. I was able to do it by looking at pictures. You just have to insert the mast rods into the correct holes and attach the rigging at specific points. A set of instructions really should be in there. It seems well made. It is taller than expected. It doesn't fit where I wanted to put it. Basically not on any shelves that don't have a lot of clearance. I ahd to put it on a table. I give it 4 stars.

I thought it would be cool to put this together with the boy. It's big. Honestly it's cool too have. Not bad for price it's not really a play toy it's a put together and leave alone.
