I am absolutely thrilled with my new pillow. I got one years ago with a similar concept but it was so uncomfortable that I could not use it. This one is a winner. Not only does it prevent my waking up in the morning with the face of a sun-dried tomato, but it is amazingly comfortable. Some reviewers have said that it is too small - for me, the size is perfect. I just roll over to the other side and my head sinks in exactly where it should. I am sleeping so much better than I have in years. (P.S. I am usually a side-sleeper but I have found it so comfortable to sleep on my back that I am now doing that more often.)

Takes a few nights to get used to this pillow and it seems too narrow. But give it time, you'll love it.My lashes don't turn in towards the corner of my eyes anymore.

Like another reviewer noted- every body is different, and how we sleep varies. But this fits for me (so far, I think -- it's been about a week). It does what it says. As a side sleeper, it keeps the sides of my face from crunching up and hastening lines. I also feel I can breathe nicely when my head is nicely supported but my face isn't sunk into a pillow. I do find one side the better height for my spine, so be sure to flip it over and see which side fits best for you. I think it's well designed and the thought that goes into the cut makes it worth the price for me. The case is nice and soft, and of course a perfect fit. I just wish replacement (spare) cases/covers were available.UPDATE: Feb. 2025 - I still love this pillow. And I still wish it had replacement pillow cases...

It is a stiff, firm foam pillow. I prefer soft pillows. I’ve been looking for a pillow to help with wrinkles and it’s hard to find the right pillow. I did not find it comfortable when I tested it, I never slept with it. It may work better for those that sleep on their backs. I’m a side sleeper so my face would fit in the cut out, but it pushed my chin upward. It didn’t feel comfortable.

This is a comfortable pillow and it would be great for traveling. In terms of use at home, I’ve found that it’s a bit too small for my preference. However, if I’m having neck pain, it works well to lay in until I feel better. Overall it’s a good pillow, but a bit smaller than I’d like for my bed. I’ll definitely use it when traveling.

Keeps my face from getting smashed into a regular pillow very comfortable. No smell nice and firm.
