Great quality probiotics complex, have already noticed an improvement in digestion. Once daily dosage and capsule form makes them very easy to swallow and take. Overall highly recommend and will buy again.

They work. I don't know if my stomach is a bit sensitive but I find them strong. I have used a dozen times and my stomach and bowels rumble away after taking it.
