Definitely feel the effects of less brain fog I feel “awake” finally definitely more energy, I’ve been sleeping very good and have no side effects. I feel calmer and more peaceful/happy. I don’t feel like it’s a placebo effect since I went into this expecting no real change. It seems to be good quality I did some research before buying this brand. Also very important to use QR code that they give you that links to the how to video they have. There are two QR codes one goes to their website and one goes to their how to video, I think that makes a big difference. you are supposed to mix vitamin c powder with your water/MB mix and then you leave that in the sunlight for three hours it turns from a dark blue to almost clear blue and has very little staining it also has another interaction that I believe helps with the whole process. both steps are important but please watch the video so that you do the right times and doses. I will continue to use and report any negative side effects if any happen. Also the powder and sunlight help with the mild bitter taste after powder and sunlight it just taste like regular water with a lemon slice squeezed in itOh it does seem to turn your pee greenish color that seems to be a normal side effect with the research I’ve done though I have noticed it’s much more mild not as dark as long as you use the sunlight vitamin c trick

This is an excellent quality product! You should definitely add 1/4 teaspoon of ascorbic acid to get maximum benefits and avoid staining your teeth or mouth! I tried adding Emergen-C and it didn't work as well. I read the back of the package of Emergen-C and found that the vitamin c comes from both ascorbic acid and zinc ascorbate. When I purchased a container of plain ascorbic acid, I added one tiny scoop and put it in the sunlight. It worked like a charm! The water went from super blue to nearly clear.I put this on auto order. The company sends you a page with a QR code you can scan for dosage and usage directions. I definitely feel wonderful- clear headed and not amped up from caffeine. I think when it comes to supplements, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for the best methylene blue!

I have been using Valboren Labs methylene blue for about one week and already notice that I don’t have brain fogs as much and noticeable improvement on energy levels. This review will be strictly on my first impressions of this methylene blue. Per the directions I said to start with five drops in the morning and in the evening so far I’ve only done five drops yesterday and five drops today. They want you to start off with a low dose because you can go too high on this very easy. Just what the low-dose I didn’t notice anything different but I didn’t have any stomach problems. I did take it with food and I did not get a headache from the five drops so tomorrow I will start with 10 drops and then I will move onto 10 drops in the morning and 10 drops in the evening. The dropper is awesome. The drops come out very carefully and I’m preparing everything in a cup on top of a paper towel with gloves and a plastic spoon today I didn’t use any gloves that’s how clean the dropper is.. I did order the buffered a sorbet acid and picked up distilled water per the directions. It’s a little tedious because they also want you to sit outside for at least three hours this lightens the color of the blue and it causes some sort of chemical change which I guess helps it work better. Have I noticed a change yet? No, it is too early and I happy with this product as of yet? I am. Remember, there are a list of herbal and rx items you cannot take in association with this.

Awesome product, I’m almost 63 years old, my recall is excellent. My endurance is fantastic. My muscle growth is way better than it should be. I will be buying more of this product.
