I turned gun on and the moment I apply on my shoulders it stops. There is no power in it. I'm a massage therapist and thought let me get this small one because I had a hyper volt I spent 300 on and it finally broke so I thought let me by a cheap one. Although it won't have the power to know knots out like my hyper volt it can atleast take the edge off. How wrong I was. Sending back and gonna try one a little more expensive. I just don't want to spend over 300 again...ugh...I guess I'm going to buy and return massage guns until I find one I like...

Massage is pretty weak, gets bogged down a lot. The battery doesn’t last very long, most I’ve got out of it is 15 minutes. Not that great

I got this primarily because we only have a large percussion massager, and I have arthritic areas that can't take that intensity. I hoped this one would fill the gap, however, this massager wont work under it's own weight. It's definitely less intense.

Not good for deep muscles. With any pressure exerted into the machine it stops. This machine does however function well on soft tissues such as the face. You do get extra attachments to utilize and they are easy to change out. As far as the original long white attachment, this machine isn't as loud as expected and fairly quiet. It's a really compact size which would make it easy to travel with, if needed. Overall it's capable of only soft tissue massage, but that it's useless.

The product box has some pretty offensive wording, which I ignored for the sake of trying it out to provide an honest review. While the device turns on quickly and is easy to assemble, it has already gone into my trash can. Most massage guns apply a certain amount of pressure and it is up to the user to apply that pressure or ease off, while this device does not apply any pressure if you lean into the massager. I have some neck pain at the moment, so I put the thera ball attachment on and upped the setting to 8, which is the highest speed. Even at that speed, it would pulse in the air, but once it has any object of resistance to go up against the pressure is off. If you lean into the pulsation, the machine basically stops working. Overall I found this machine to be a huge disappointment and immediately put it in the trash. I will find another massager for my neck pain that actually does what it is supposed to do - massage. Also, please change the messaging on the box to be less offensive.
