Gives a good core workout.
I liked the height of the core sway trainer. It gave my core a good workout and it was fun. Quality construction, simple to put together. Less expensive than another brand.

easy to put together - but a bit silly and not sure it does much
I got this on a whim, thinking it might help with losing that waist fat. I'm not seeing much of that after using it for a few weeks. My wife did observe that it helped her develop more core and seems to have helped with her back aches - but who knows?The device was easy to put together and is of pretty solid construction. The bands (both the ones that are supposed to provide resistance to the seat movement and the ones for your arm workouts), however, are pretty flimsy - and am not sure do anything useful. They just don't provide much resistance.

Very nice exercise machine
It was easy to assemble however it’s not as intense of a workout as I thought it would be but still a nice machine

Fun little chair to get a little exercise while watching a show. Not too intense, great for starting out or just for those times you want to sit and binge watch a show but feel bad as you have been sitting for so long.

Compact & Simple Machine
I received this and immediately assembled it. The assembly process was clear and straightforward. The machine is compact and easy to store when not in use. I like to sit on it and “sway” while watching my favorite shows. For me, it's an easy way to get a bit of exercise while keeping my mind busy with something else! Simple, straightforward, and hopefully effective!
