Yale company won’t tell what other stuff extra products to install and it already over priced still we have to buy extra products for other features.

it's good, albeit a bit overpriced
some things could be better. i would advise that you record the unboxing. and don't order from their website.

Official installation video is misleading
Doorbell is great and all but don't follow installation video on YouTube and official site.Never use already existing doorbell wiring ,it will fry the circuit board. Official installation videos are misleading and dangerous.You actually need ac to DC adapter for continuous power supply.They will not replace it 😓
