Got it fast
Update 4 months of having it still a great scooter a few issues I have had the battery doesn’t last as long as it did in the first two months but still has a good battery I take it 3 to 5 miles a day for 6 days a week and charge it every other day but typically still has a couple bars of life when I charge it sometimes when I first turn it on it acts like it doesn’t want to go but if I turn it off and back on it’s typically fine now to the speed which has reduced quite a bit since getting it the first monthish I was hitting 25 mph which is fantastic since it said it only got up to 15 I assumed it was because of my small frame 4’11 104ish pounds but after four months it gets only the 15 which does concern me about it dropping again in a few months it also doesn’t have a lot of get up and go from a stop it’s actually a rather slow start off will possibly update more in the future if anyone is interestedUpdate this scooter is amazing I took it on a 16 mile ride and only lost one battery bar it handles very well on the road and small gravel or dirt handles small hills decently but does slow down going up them the front light is off to the side a bit but you can still see at nightI ordered two weeks ago said it wouldn’t be here for another three weeks it was super easy to put it together took about 45 minutes probably would have been faster if I read the instructions instead of just figuring it out came fully charged and packaged very good I road it around the block a few times and it handles amazing lights are bright and the tail light flashes when you hit your brakes neat feature on the ride around the block in mode three I got it up to 16.8 granted I am a very small frame 4’11 and about 110 pounds so far I love it and it’s exactly what I was looking for I will be using it to get to work tomorrow we will see how it handles the real test before this scooter I had a jetson ebike and it held up for two years with little to no repairs having to be done let’s hope this scooter can last just as long

Great scooter
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this eBike, and I must say it exceeds my expectations in many ways. First of all, it’s incredibly easy to install and get started. The design is thoughtful, featuring a paddle to securely hold your feet, which adds to the overall comfort and stability during rides. It also comes equipped with a basket, which is perfect for carrying essentials, whether it’s groceries, a backpack, or other items. The speed is well-balanced—fast enough to be efficient but slow enough to prioritize safety, especially for urban riding. The range is impressive, making it suitable for longer commutes or leisure rides without constantly worrying about recharging. Another great feature is the red brake light, which enhances visibility and safety, especially at night.Overall, this eBike combines functionality, safety, and convenience, making it a reliable choice for both beginners and experienced riders. It’s a well-thought-out product that caters to everyday needs effectively.

!! EDIT: From Unexpected Favorite to Unexpected Betrayal
EDIT: I contacted Urbanmax customer service on 4/23 about issues with my malfunctioning scooter. At first, things seemed promising: they offered to send a replacement battery, took my name, address, and phone number, and said they'd provide shipping information shortly. On 4/26, they asked me to leave a review on Amazon in exchange for the battery. Although I was uneasy about this arrangement, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and submitted a positive, honest review, hoping to resolve the issue cooperatively. They confirmed on 4/28 that the battery would be shipped and thanked me for the review. But since then, radio silence. It’s now been four days, and despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received no response and no shipping information. After sharing my personal information and holding up my end, I’ve been left completely in the dark.As a result, I’ve changed my review to one star and wanted to warn those considering their purchase. What was once a reliable part of my daily routine is now unusable due to both the battery issue and the poor handling by customer service. I never expected to be misled, but it appears that the promise of a replacement battery may have been a tactic to solicit positive reviews.I’m also now left wondering what they intend to do with my personal information, which adds a level of concern no customer should have to experience.Bottom line: I can’t recommend this product or this company. Save your money and peace of mind. Look elsewhere. A company should stand behind its product, conduct business with honor, and treat customers with dignity. Urbanmax did not.---------------------This scooter wasn't what I expected it to be. At first, I had difficulties with some quality control issues that made me question if I had made the right purchase. The alignment has some issues with slipping, it was a bit laborious to put together, and the brakes on the left slide back and forth on the handlebar. That being said, for the price that it is, it's a worthwhile investment. It takes less than a few hours to charge, it reaches speeds of about 18mph that rival the typical standing scooters on the market, and best of all: no traffic. While the mileage may not be exactly as advertised, I've found that it's taken me everywhere I need to go around campus and off, making my full and busy schedule much more feasible, and even fun. The seat is comfortable, it can champion hills, and it's got great balance for twists and turns. With time, I grew fonder of this zippy little scooter, more confident in how to drive it, and began going on joy rides to simply enjoy it. I can say that it's near constant that anywhere I go, I have people inquiring about this scooter, because it looks exactly how it is: a convenient, economical and sustainable means of transportation, and a worthwhile investment, flaws and all.For those wondering if you can ride this in the cold weather, yes, but dear GOD wear something to protect your eyes and hands. You'll want windshield wipers for your eyes and blinking won't be enough. Don't make sharp turns in the snow, stick to straight lines, don't go full speed, and drag a heel in the snow and you won't fall. Bit complicated, but it's feasible. Be realistic. It's snow and you can't put chains on this. Rain is fine, no worries there.I've had some issues lately with the battery that have made it temporarily unusable, but thanks to excellent customer service, will be shortly resolved. Frankly, as it started experiencing issues, I realized that this scooter had become an unexpected staple in my life. If you're considering purchasing one as a student, or as someone who wants to save money on gas and transportation, I would highly recommend you experience what I'm describing for yourself. (EDIT: I can no longer stand by these words, but I’ve left them here for transparency)
