Have one ear with hearing loss so this didn’t work well for me. Easy return tho. I had to try.

I ordered 2 hearing aids. Was not given extra ear plugs for 1. How long should the chargeable battery last I like this but it seems the charge doesn't last long on the rechargeable ones.

I received this unit yesterday, charged it until the indicator stopped charging. Started to use it today but the battery shut off twice after only 3 hours of usage. I like the unit and it is working ok but I'm hoping for longer battery life. It says it is good for 24 hours, not three.

This Hearing Aid Cleaning Kits is fantastic to clean not only hearing aids but also the small holes on my cell phone and electronics. The brush is moderately stiff but soft so it doesn't scratch. The small pins on the other tools loosen hard debris. This is a very useful kit. I appreciate it comes in a carry kit.

For some reason or other, a number of the reviews that are contained herein have absolutely nothing to do with the hearing aid cleaning kit, but is a review regarding their experience with hearing aids. Hence, that’s why some of the reviews are not that favorable.This is a very good set of tools which to maintain your hearing aids. Thankfully, it is inexpensive, so there is no reason for anyone not to have this kit to keep their hearing aids in tiptop shape by being clean. The main reason for hearing aids failure and lacking clarity is as a result of improper maintenance. These are the tools to give your hearing aids proper maintenance.

We have a hard-of-hearing family member who uses Oticon hearing aids. While the hearing aids came with a cleaning kit, she prefers to have an extra one at her workplace for convenience. We ordered this kit from Amazon, which arrived promptly in a small box. The kit includes a sturdy plastic carrying case with an internal sponge-like protective lining. The tools are all black, though it would be nice if they were different colors for easier identification. The kit also comes with a cleaning cloth. However, there are no dedicated compartments inside the case, so the tools sit loosely inside. Additionally, she stores a pack of Size 13 batteries in the case. Overall, this is an average tool kit that gets the job done.
