Good quality flannel
Really nice quality flannel pants that hold up well. Perfect weight fabric - not too heavy or light. I bought a pair for my husband a year ago and he has worn them a lot; they're still in good condition. This year I searched for the same brand to get him a second pair. The burgundy color has a nice houndstooth fabric pattern that you can't see in the photos - bonus! I went up to large from a medium based on other reviews and it is roomy enough for comfort, especially after washing (100% cotton). They are on the long side for my 5'7" husband, but that would mean the length should be good for taller men.

Glad I bought these pj pants . Women’s sizes don’t fit me well . I’m 5’7” , 160 lbs , not a flat stomach anymore ☹️. I ordered LG and it’s great for me . Looked too big out of the package but after machine wash and dry there was “ shrinkage “ , esp in the length . Fabric thinner than I hoped for , and not as soft as I would have liked . I insist on 100% cotton so these worked for me. I like that it has an elastic waist AND a drawstring .

Really comfy, not tight around the waist. Great that these are zero polyester.

Not Flannel or Soft
I bought 3 colors of the same item from the same product page. 1 (the red checker) is flannel and soft. The other two (a blue/yellow and a grey/yellow) are cotton, but not flannel and pretty stiff. It'll take a lot of softener before they are comfy. I don't know why these are labeled as flannel when they very clearly are not, but there was also a super weird incident wherein the Amazon delivery driver delivered a ton of stuff to someone else, took a picture and called it good. I noted that it was not my house (their picture actually proved my case here lol thanks!) and it was all sent out again. I received those, then I received duplicates. I don't know if the driver figured it out and took them off that person's porch (that had to look great to a random onlooker) or if the person who lived there - likely down the street - brought them to our door...I don't know. I advised of the duplicates, but Amazon was like "no need to return your item". I got a bunch of crap for half price, basically, so I'm just keeping them even though they aren't flannel. They are good enough to keep me warm with a blanket and should soften over time.
