Liked the book and the teachings of it got to learn a lot

This book is not about only saying no....But complete behaviour therapy.....While reading come to know what behaviour problem we r having .... Must read if u want to be more lively.... Purchase it.....

Very much impressive

I’ve not read the book yet, giving review only on the basis of quality of book. Not expected such quality from amazon and that too at such a high price. Looks like a second copy that we can get at half price from road sellers.

The book gives tremendous inputs and a MUST READ for all corporates. A little assertive, a little diplomatic and a little "being politically correct"... the book has it all...

The paper quality and also the print is very bad. It's overpriced for this quality.The book is good but I don't think it's from the original publication.Someone cas made copies of the book and is circulating

A very good book which changed the way of my thinking and behaviour.A must read for all those who can't say no easily.
