Disappointing sour taste
When you add a lot of syrup to milk then it tastes a little less sour but otherwise just taste the syrup by itself, the sourness is very prominent. Don’t know why , maybe it’s because of the artificial sweetners. But it’s really unsatisfying compared to the regular Hersheys chocolate syrup

Sour taste
I didn't see the reviews before ordering and indeed this stuff has a sour chemical like taste. Better to use cocoa powder mixed with some water and stevia at home
