We have two defibrillators installed at our workplace and there aren't enough people trained on them. When we do carry out training it means removing a 'live' defibrillator from its station. This Rechargeable Defibrillator Trainer removes the risk of someone needing the real one whilst it is away on training and also avoids potential damage to the expensive pads (£60 per set) on the real defib.It looks and feels very similar to our two defibrillators, right down to the digital screen and loud instructional voice guidance. If you were trained using this you would have no problem transferring those skills to the real one. They really are very similar in every regard.The remote control gives the trainer broader options when training in one of the 11 emergency scenarios. Its an amazing resource and it will allow us to safely train many more people than we currently have able which can only be a good thing.For the quality of the device and the versatility it allows, I think the £229 price is worth every penny. Its also a lot cheaper than using the real ones which are now around £1400

This AED trainer is fantastic for CPR training! The rechargeable feature is super convenient, and the remote control makes it easy to switch between scenarios. The voice prompts in multiple languages are a great touch, and the included training pads are very realistic. Perfect for first aid training sessions. Highly recommend!

Build quality is really good. Full plastic outer casing, but doesn't feel thin or flimsy. Comes in a nice zip up case for transport/storage. As soon as you open the AED trainer the built in screen and voice prompts make it very easy to go step by step through the resuscitation process. A really clever addition is the remote control, which the trainer can use to simulate various different scenarios during the training. The battery pack can be removed in order to be charged, so you don't have to take the whole unit to a charger. Also useful for when you're wanting to charge multiple. All in all this is a pretty good training device for the money. It's not the cheapest option, but the added features like a screen for visual prompts make it worth it.

This is something I have not ordered before, even with different brands and makes. You do not need these sets at usual times unless there is a reason behind them or you order them for training people in relevant businesses. I believe every single institute, company, etc. needs this set to train their staff in a very practical and visual way about different AED procedures. This is well built both from the material side and packing and the bag plus the training side. The screen, the remote control, and charging the battery are all very easy, straightforward, and can be done at any time. I am not going to comment on the cost, as I believe learning and training people is worth every single penny. The item looks very easy to carry and mobile, and I am very pleased with the order 5*.
