Packaging and Cap of container was not good. First time packaging was completely damaged and cap of the container was loose. I raised the complaint regarding this and Amazon initiated a return less replacement of it and again the problem was same. I don't recommend this product because of its container's cap. It's very much loose and it contains 60 tabs which you'll be using up to 2 months (60 days).

Comes in practical bottle which is better for the environment than those strips with pills. The bottle is in a box, which is not really needed. I like this product that it is a mix and quite complete - some other product have only a few vitamines or only one or two B-vitamines. Recommended. Eating healthy, complete meals even more recommended of course, but that is not always possible.Bottle has clear manufacturing and expiry date, which is 23 months later. Long enough. The printing on the box was faded though, that's not right, but the bottle it was very clear.The pil is about 15 mm (i.e. 5/8") , just not too big to swallow, and you can break it in two if you want - I tried in the hand (see picture).Comes with an extensive label listing all the vitamine and mineral amounts, though that is also on the bottle and the box. We get the info three times!
