I placed this on my desk and turn it on every morning when I sit down to work. It has 3 color temps -- warm, cool, and neutral. I always start the day with the highest cool setting and tone it down to neutral then warm as the day goes on. The base is small and doesn't take up much space on my desk. It is nice and bright but gentles down to a warm glow for later in the day. Highly recommend!

The design of this lamp is really good - you can actually use it in larger spaces than the typical compact lamps.The ring really puts out some good light (10,000 lux) and I can honestly say, it really adds some CHEER to your environment.The lamp itself is sturdy and durable and it is well made.Recommended.

I'm familiar with "happy" lamps/light therapy, have purchased others, and admit I purchased this one for the form factor. I thought it was a gold-colored lightweight aluminum/metal. What I received was a pink plastic ring light that takes up as much desk space, via the base, as any other lamp. Additionally, mine had a couple of small chips in the paint - I didn't take it out of the packaging to test brightness, etc.If the style/color works for you, great. If you're looking for the benefits of light therapy only, you're better off with an established brand at half the price. Again, this is not gold and it is fully lightweight plastic.

If you know who Bryan Johnson is then you know that 10 minutes of 10 Lux light exposure every morning can improve sleep, mood, and energy throughout the day. I found this unit for about 1/3 the cost of the one used by Bryan (we're not all billionares). The ability to choose a light temp is very nice as the middle temp is definitely more tolerable as you begin light therapy. I've only used this for a week or so but so far it is working great and I have no complaints. If you want to start trying light therapy, you can't go wrong with this affordable option.

This light is well made and comes packed well with all pieces protected. You easily connect the ring light to the base. The base has touch-sensitive buttons.The light is nice and bright, yet doesn’t hurt your eyes! It works well and lights up the area around it beautifully.It comes with a remote with a built-in battery. It has a pull tab that prevents the battery from being used until it is removed. With the remote you can turn the lamp on & off, and chose the type of lighting color you want (warm, cool, natural light), and you can dim or brighten it.The reason why I deducted a star is that the lamp does not work without being plugged in. I thought it had an internal battery that once charged could work without the cord. When it was charged, I unplugged it and pressed the power button on the base. It flicked on for a second and then shut off. It did this each time I tried it. It only worked properly when it was plugged in. This was disappointing, because you don’t always have an outlet near where you need a light!Overall, I’m happy with this light. It’s pretty and the lighting is perfect. My only issue was that it needs to be plugged in to work. For the price point ($49.99 at the time of this review) I would expect more.

I am excited to see if this Therapy Lamp helps me. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. This lamp is much bigger around than I expected. It has a remote control with 8 settings and an extra one that is for up and down. My energy level is at about 10 compared to normal people at 100. I will be happy if after using it for a month it gets my energy up to 50. Here's to crossing my fingers for luck.

I am very pleased with this lamp. It’s easy to use. Love that I change the brightness with the touch control. I keep it on throughout the day while I am working. It gives off such a warm and inviting glow. It makes me happy in the way any sort of decor in your house makes you smile. I would recommend getting it. Prettiest light therapy lamp that I found online.
