Appears quite dried out and yellow on top. The stem was still firm and green. Very Expensive!
This order was an experiment to see if fresh broccoli would arrive in good condition. Got it today shipped in a very small cardboard box. Crown was very yellow. Surprised it wasn't shipped inside plastic bag that would have mitigated it drying out so much. Broccoli is a very sturdy vegetable and I always rehydrate what I buy from the store. I split the crown in half vertically through crown and stem. Then place in food storage container that I fill with water to cover broccoli by half or 2/3rds for several hours or even a day, then drain water off. Always really freshens it up and will stay fresh in a container for many days. I leave the lid open just a little for air.Did same for this broccoli today just to see how it behaves, but it might be too far gone. Oh well.

By the time I received this it was mostly yellow. I did give suggestions on better solutions to keep it cold! Not satisfied
