First item was damaged. This one is just fine. Thanks for being so prompted in replacing the damaged one.

Needs some tweaking.
Like how you can remove the grill to clean out any lint that gets by the lint trap, unfortunately the holes in the grill are big enough for lizards, baby snakes and other small creatures to enter the dryer vent. The solution that I came up with was to buy some stainless steel screen with very small holes off of Amazon and then use gorilla super glue to attach it to the grill.

Good enough for now.
I am using this to exhaust a portable air conditioner exhaust hose through some ridged foam. It works well, but I noticed when it gets really hot outside the metal flap warps and lets a little air and light through.

Best dryer exhaust hands down
Great purchase, extremely happy. Item is metal and durable, which was good I did have to force it into place with a rubber mallet but that likely was just my setup, everyone will be slightly different im sure. The flap has a little magnet that is just strong enough to keep the vent shut when not in use, but will open when air is pushing it open. The grate is nice and easily removable for cleaning. Looks great, works great, very happy with it.
