This robot is useless. It only spins in one direction which constantly tangles the cord. It gets stuck in corners. It does vacuum the floor but it's not worth it. Get a cordless vacuum that is coded better.

Since there is no swivel device near the cleaner to allow for the power cord to remain flexible, the cleaner has to be removed from the pool after each use to unknots the cord. Very concerning and time consumingBut cleaner does a great cleaning.Any help or updates from correcting the cord issue would be greatly appreciated.

Should have known something was up when I searched and couldn’t find replacement parts for upkeep! Worked fine for a few cleanings! Then it started to malfunction climbing walls and making noises that didn’t occur before. Blowing water back and cleaning the same wall area for hours or until I adjust it! It floats away from the cleaning area (perhaps due to the power cord) so floor cleaning almost never comes on all mode since it defers to walls! Don’t keeps going back to the same spot on the wall. It backs up and appears to only be able to turn left to certain degree. Not far enough back or at a variable angle to hit new spots after a float away!! Has a center brush which was a plus when I purchased it but my pool is bean shaped so it doesn’t get into the round parts well enough to benefit! Now the power console won’t change modes from all so I can’t switch it to floor when needed! Power console has been kept in pristine condition and out of direct sunlight so no sure why it’s malfunctioning! The power button no longer stops and starts the cleaner. It’s just on after you connect it and plug it up! The application stopped working too! Reset the WiFi but it won’t allow actions because since the console is always on, the app says select confirm to stop current and does not respond! So I can’t use the app to turn on/off or switch modes. Had to use the remote to switch to floor but what happens if the remote gets lost or broken and no option to replace! Over half a grand to spend half a day cleaning a pool because the machine must be set to malfunction after 6 or so uses!

DOES NOT Clean or work as Described OR shown in Videos!All Modes = runs on the floor from one side to another (only half the pool), may try to climb wall, gets stuck on Stairs (3 short stairs aside tanning ledge), Doesn't climb to sun tan ledge as shown in videos, spins around and on a slight slope!STUCK in CORNER and grinding on the gunite wall. It was easy to setup , easy to connect , and it works fast it took less that 4 hours and cleaned our inground pool , our last one would take atleast 1 day to ger everything done , also the wall climbing feature is amazing

2nd update!!!I have never seen such good product support. Even though the product is not going to work for us, they are the quickest to respond and deal directly with our problem. Sadly, for us it will need to be a refund, but they let us keep the vacuum, in lieu of an application fix that may be coming down the road to apply to our situation. Hoping that they come up with that fix. Until then they are letting us hold onto the vacuum until then with full refund. Unheard of support!!!! A++++Update!!!Product support has been incredible. Not even working with Amazon. They responded within 12 hours of my post. Bottom line: they are sending another unit without even troubling us with returning the old one.A++ to support.*** Moving from 1 to 3 stars just for that! ***Awaiting the actual working product to see if it warrants a bump to 5 stars, in its own right.Original Post:I had high hopes for this product being I have a 24’ round pool. Lots of real estate to clean. But, it would just quit at the 10 minute mark and go into standby mode as indicated by the blinking red light. No matter what I’ve tried, this product won’t go past 10 minutes.Emailed support, but don’t expect a response being the realities of these types of companies. Horrible troubleshooting section and no additional support online, outside of an email address. So hoped this would have worked. Stay away from this product. Willing to update if they come to the rescue, but not holding my breath.

it doesn't clean like it should. It gets stuck in corners, up the stairs and stays either in the shallow or deep end. It takes 5 -3 hrs cycles of repositioning it to get my 20x40 pool clean. At the moment , I have it on "floors only " and it is vacuuming the walls, instead!
