Silica is essential for hair growth, and it's completely tasteless, easy to consume and provided great value for what it includes. Thrilled with results, effective but will take a few weeks to begin to see as obviously it's about hair growth.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends that you don’t consume more than 10-30 grams, or 2% of your daily food intake (500-1,500 grams), of silica per day. There are several food that contain silica so I am not taking the full serving amount.I haven't really noticed any changes but I haven't had a recent dexa scan. That will be the true test that it's working.I do prefer taking supplements in a liquid form as opposed to capsules or tablets.

This liquid supplement has been great so far.It's easy to take and is virtually tasteless.Very fresh and clean.If anything should change I will return and update; however, at this point I would recommend it to others!

This flavor gives me the feeling I am drinking something bad

There is not much information on how the product was produced, so you have to take the manufacturer's word for it. I don't like that they added some extras that I think are unnecessary. When someone adds something that is unnecessary, I always wonder what the reason is, isn't it cheaper for them to add fewer ingredients and make production more profitable...

Recommend manufacturer updates this information as I normally would deduct a star for this.-Safety seals were intact-I'm not a healthcare professional or expert on supplements.

This is the good stuff when it comes to key building blocks in certain health support areas. And those areas tend to be the ones that are most noticeable by oneself and those around you.... namely, the hair, skin, and nails, not to mention the added benefits to cartilage, tendons, and bone. Silica is a strange nutrient in my mind simply because it can basically be said to be "sand", as I understand it, but the molecular make up of this substance means it plays a vital role in the aforementioned health support areas. I had just had my interest peaked in this particular ingredient after hearing an alternative health guru guy talk about it's importance for these ares of concern, and he let it be known what a significant, vital component silica really is. I already take a type 1 and 3 collagen powder supplement that has provided noticeable improvements in hair growth, and will continue to use that, but with the addition of this stuff, my improvements should excel even more significantly. This is a high quality, made in the USA, nutritional supplement that's in the preferred liquid state, meaning high bio-availability, which is ideal. Great product.
