I did not realize, from the picture, that these have no clip, and bodies are so narrow that prolonged use gives hand cramps. On the other hand, the extra fine point is exactly what I wanted.

I like the way the pen writes, for use in my new journal, a Hobonichi notebook, with an easily visualised grid pattern – one of the reasons I bought it, but with slightly less space between the lines than my previous journals. It's consistent with the way other FriXion pens write (and erase), just lays down a finer line. My dissatisfaction with the pen itself is that what I thought had to be a functioning clip, the plastic fin used to advance and retract the ballpoint does not, in fact, function as a clip. Therefore, I find that I cannot keep the pen attached to my journal, and it is often nowhere to be found when I need to jot down appointments while on the go. It will be fine when stored in a set place, just not for the purpose I need it to fulfil. Because of that, I have moved to the 0.5mm (also) very fine point version of the pen for use with my journal. These will work for tracing sewing patterns, so will still go to good use.Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.

These are so amazing! Perfect erasing and the finest tip.

I bought this set based on my great experiences with other Pilot Frixion erasable pens. I'd accidentally ordered refills in the 038 size rather than my usual 07 size, so I figured I'd buy a set of these slim ones and I could use the refills later. I got them and opened them up and every single pen in the pack was dry and would not write. I've never had this with the other Frixion pens, and never with any of the refills, and I've been using them daily for a few years now. Incredibly disappointed to have wasted money on these. I'll stick with the 07s.

I love to use fine point pens. These work great with the Rocketbook notebook. The flow is perfect and then leave a nice fine line. These are definitely not good for a regular paper use.
