I urgently need this product then ordered last week. Product is good condition also arrived on time.

We run a higher-voltage, lower-current solar panel array. We use this on between the panels and charge controller as both shut off and overcurrent protection. Snaps nicely into a din box and securely latch it in. Removes almost as easily.

Really good MCB. Easy to install and works pretty good. I really like that the screws had a deep enough recess for the Philips screwdriver bit to get a nice good print to make sure it could be tightened down properly. Some others I have had the bit will cam out and I have to make sure to put a good amount of force to keep the bit in place. This one did not do that

AC breakers cannot be used for DC currents. These breakers are specifically made for DC loads.They are advertised for solar applications but can do more.I have tested this one in an emergency response context, where I use it to power a radio. I need to protect the radio wiring against short circuits or other issues, and fuses are problematic since the last thing you want during an emergency is to be out of fuses! So this is a superior solution.What I like is the normal DIN form factor of these breakers, which can work with any enclosure with a DIN rail, or a DIN rail in a larger enclosure. They open and close easily by hand if needed.What I would have preferred is to have an offset between the two input terminals to enable the use of busbars. Because the two terminals are aligned it is not possible to use a busbar. But this is a minor issue for most use cases.Overall these seem solid, recommended for any DC application

I hope the seller takes product safety during transportation more seriously. The item is packaged in just a basic cardboard box with no additional protection, which increases the risk of receiving a damaged product. For anyone with time constraints, dealing with a broken product due to poor packaging can be a frustrating experience.As for the product itself, it seems to be fairly well-built. It doesn’t have a premium feel, but it’s not on the cheap side either. I haven’t had a chance to verify the breaking feature yet, but the switch for turning it on and off works perfectly.

I like this Circuit breaker, as a matter of fact I have 3 of this very same breaker on my DIY solar system.I should mention the fact that I'm not not an electrician, just somebody who built a DIY solar system with a 48v battery.The breaker was very easy to install, as for the rail clip holding, I prefer this style over the spring one, because I have had trouble removing the springed ones, this one is a lot easier to install and or remove if I had to change to configuration of my system, as I already had to do several times.

The media could not be loaded. In my video, I describe this as a 63a circuit breaker, but it is actually 40a. I have used a number of similar circuit breakers when installing solar on RVs. This one is right up there with the others in terms of quality and functionality. It does have a rail mount, but did not come with a short piece of rail as some of the others do. In the end, I am happy with this product and can recommend it to others. Take a look at my video review and decide for yourself.

Upon initially opening the package, the Mollom DC 2 Pole Miniature Circuit Breaker, 1000V 32Amps, starts off on a poor note as the breaker is just in a paper thin white box with the stickers. No protection or presentation at all. The breaker also isn’t wrapped in airtight plastic like some do to help prevent any sort of corrosion during travel or warehouse storage. The contacts are already a bit cloudy.Moving beyond the packaging, even after snugging up all 4 of the contacts/screws, there is still a bit of rattle inside. It doesn’t sound like a small broken piece but overall movement with most of the internal build.Lastly, the lever requires very little force to actuate in either direction.Overall, I would be hesitant to put this into a role where I’d need to be able to trust it and leave it unsupervised without significant testing to make sure it could prove to me otherwise.
