Do not buy or regret later
The right side arm broke within 1 week of usage, Complained twice but everytime the complaint was cancelled automatically. Never buy anything from this seller and manufacturer who can not provide service. A cheap chair with low quality materials used
First of all, the chair installation was easy, up until you hit issues with the quality of the product itself. Rusted nuts and steel bases apart, the quality of the plastics is found wanting. The molds in which they press out the plastics spew out substandard plastics with the space for driving in the nuts still having some plastics that have not been cleanly cut out.After the install, I would say the seating experience can be qualified as a mixed bag. Not so great, definitely not the Amazon Basic experience I got from previous purchases. There is a lot more effort that needs to be put into this product before it's prime.My recommendation: don't buy it if you expect high-quality units. But if the price is your calling point, might as well get it.
