False Silent Operation Claim & Overpriced Installation
Here’s a draft for your review:I recently purchased a Crompton kitchen chimney, and I must say, the experience has been deeply disappointing.1. False Claim of Silent Operation – The product is marketed as a “silent” chimney, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. My smartwatch measured the noise level at 73 dB, which is far from quiet. It’s ridiculously noisy, making cooking an unpleasant experience.2. Unjustifiable Installation Charges – The ₹2900 installation fee is outrageous, especially given the standard nature of the installation process. For this price, one would expect a seamless and professional setup, but it barely met basic expectations.3. Performance & Build – While the suction power seems decent, the high noise levels defeat the purpose of a premium kitchen appliance. The build quality is okay, but nothing extraordinary to justify the price point.Verdict: If you’re looking for a genuinely quiet chimney, look elsewhere.
