Great value for the price
It took me a long time to finally buy a walking pad, and I’m so glad I did. This one is great - compact but plenty of width and length to accommodate a natural stride, gets going fast enough to get a light jog in. If you’re trying to get a sprint in this is not the one for you, but if you want to get miles in at a brisk walk while working, it’s perfect. Performs easily for a couple hours at a time without overheating. I walk on this while working and have checked with clients and coworkers and no one has said they can hear the walking pad in the background. It comes fully assembled - all you need to do is plug it in and start walking. The one downside here is that there are no manual controls on the walking pad itself, and the remote isn’t sold separately, so if the remote is lost or damaged you are left with a walking pad shaped paperweight. The great news here is that their customer service is really strong - when the batteries in my remote leaked, the manufacturer sent me a new remote free of charge.Overall, great purchase, I would fully recommend this to anyone trying to get a little more movement in their day.

Nice treadmill, and extraordinary customer service
Treadmill works just fine, easy to adjust, and is quiet. But most important: the seller provides truly exceptional customer support. After a couple of weeks, the treadmill developed a "pulsating motor noise," and the belt started to move with little jerks. I emailed the company, and they replied immediately (unusual!), asking me to try the tension adjustment screws at the foot of the machine. Nothing worked, so they asked me to send a brief video so they could see & hear the problem. After a few more email exchanges (all very prompt & friendly), they sent a replacement treadmill, at no cost to me, which arrived in under week. This is exceptional customer support, so different from what I've experienced with too many other companies. This is a very good company to buy from!

Worth it!
TLDR: get it.Once you get the belt adjusted, this walking pad is awesome. It’s quiet. I’m tall (6ft) and this has more than enough room for my stride while walking. I don’t plan to run on this. Storage is easy. Doesn’t fit under my couch but it’s slim and can fit in the corner of the living room. The pad itself is lightweight. I can move it with one arm if need be.Tip: When adjusting it for the first time, loosen the bolts to about the same resistance. Manually place the belt in the center. Now tighten the left side first by turning clockwise. Not too tight, just enough to feel a little resistance. This will force the belt towards the right. Start the treadmill and set at 1.6. The belt may pull far right. As the treadmill runs, tighten the right side in quarter turn increments until the belt is where you need it. The belt should be moving to the left. If the belt is too loose once you have it in the right spot, turn both the left and right sides clockwise in the same increments. The belt should stay centered.Overall, this was a great buy.

Issues at first but then resolved.
My first impression of the machine was not great. The machine had a weird clicking, rough sound that came from the motor. No matter what speed I was on it just got louder.I called the company and spoke with a representative who gave me info on how to contact technical support. I got a response the next day and they were able to replace the machine as mine was a motor related issue.I’m satisfied with the level of service that I received with this company without having to contact Amazon. The machine is indeed quiet and easy to use. My concern is that there is no built in safety so that if I get off the machine that it shuts off. That feature would be much appreciated.

Safety hazard
This walking pad was great until it wasn’t. I have been using it for slightly over a month as a way to get more steps in while working from home. The walking pad always smelled hot at first, but I dismissed it as the “new” smell that stuff like this sometimes gets. The machine continued to smell hot with each use and I started getting worried, but thought I was just being paranoid. However, after my workout today it was so much worse that I thought it would catch fire. It also started making a grinding sound. When we moved it to put it away, after waiting for it to cool down, we noticed bits of melted plastic where the engine was. I never used this walking pad for more than an hour at a time, and never went above 2.5 mph. We have taken care of the belt to make sure it was not too loose or too tight and have lubricated it as necessary. Save your money and find a walking pad that doesn’t pose a fire risk.

Well Made, long term review
I have had mine for two years. It works great had feels well built. Some others feel flimsy but this one does not even when I was close to the weight limit. I can still move it under my desk to against the wall to in the living room. I haven’t had any overheating issues even using it for over two hours at a time.

Good for a month or two max
I purchased this item and used it regularly at work. Within 2-3 weeks the maintenance man at my job was constantly fixing the belt as it would slide to the left and come off track. I usually walked around a 3.0. Over time, the belt has continued to get worse and basically impossible to use. Noise is very loud, it’s very top heavy and hard for me to move.. wheels help. If you lose the remote, good luck calling to get any help from support. Plan to figure it out on your own and there isn’t necessarily a universal remote available.
