Prevents muscle cramps in my legs, is time released
A physical therapist who gave massages while call center employees were on break, suggested magnesium when I told him about my night time leg cramps. These are time released, made from magnesium chloride, which is more easily absorbed than magnesium oxide. I have used these, 3 after breakfast, 1 after dinner (too many can give you overly vivid dreams), for 10 years.

I’ve tried at least six different magnesium supplements,, but my stomach would not tolerate them. For some reason this one works. Maybe it’s the slow release!
