I have back pain problem so back and neck/head support is very important for me. Back support is good in this chair, but could have been better by adding a bigger lumbar support than what they currently have. I'm using a small pillow for now. Seat cushioning is also adequate. Wheels are good quality, seat height and backrest angle adjustment is also satisfactory. Head and neck support is also okay, but could be a little better by maybe adding a neckrest or more cushioning and better height and angle adjustment on the headrest. Overall satisfied with this product.
