Long Battery Life on Standby and Enough Antenna Stations to Weather Power Outages
After my sister spent a week without electricity during Helene, I decided I needed to outfit myself with some battery equipment for loss of electricity. Especially during the summer months here in Arizona. I got a 500w Anker generator, a solar panel for recharging, lights to run on my ryobi batteries, and some cooking pots. I researched the battery TVs and picked this one. When I got it, I charged the battery, ran the program to get the antenna stations and tried it out. The antenna included pulled in some of the local stations and I may try adding a more powerful antenna to pull in more. I put it away to wait for summer. That was a couple months ago. Well, we had an outage already. I was skeptical that the battery would still be charged, but I pulled out the tv and turned it on. WOW. The battery was still charged up and after spending only a couple minutes setting everything up, I was able to spend the evening watching tv and running my battery room lights. I may not pull in all the stations that my big tv and antenna do, but it had enough. The cord on the antenna was long enough so I could put it by the window. I’m so glad I got prepared for outages and purchased this tv.

Great TV !
This TV is great. Very easy to set up, good picture, good sound. Was purchased for hurricane season or power outages, but have been using it in my kitchen..lol. you can use the antenna or hook up a DVD player, cast from your phone or fire stick, well worth the money. I would recommend this tv.

Will be using in my fish house hooked up to my underwater camera so I have a bigger screen fairly easy setup.

If hung high or viewing from side, you see shadows. Most televisions can be viewed from all angles, not this one. Still trying to decide if I should return it.
